We understand that sometimes things happen so we will do our best to work with you on rescheduling your trip for later on that same year. If that is not an option our refund policy is:
90-61 days out all money will be refunded except a $100.00 per day cancellation fee, unless the trip is rebooked for the same calendar year.
60-31 days out all money will be refunded except a $200.00 per day cancellation fee, unless the trip is rebooked for the same calendar year.
Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled trip will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If for some reason Steinmetz Outfitters has to cancel the trip, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you rebook for the following calendar year within 90 days of the scheduled trip, a $50.00 per day rebooking fee will be charged.
